"Be your wife's cheerleader!"

Now , I'm not talking about grabbing some pom poms and screaming your wife's name wherever you go (you may get arrested for disturbing the peace!), I'm simply talking about 'being in her corner' and supporting her in all her endeavours. Sounds pretty straight forward right? Hmm...You'll be amazed at what the passage of time does to a relationship. All of sudden you're not as supportive as you once were because you're still angry about the time she rubbed you up the wrong way or that thing you asked her to do that she hasn't done for you yet. We've all been there before but irrespective of your unresolved differences, she has to know that you have her back 110%, especially in the company of others. This also includes letting her know when she is in the wrong as well (....which is hardly ever of course). This is important because testing times will come where the only way to succeed is to band together as a unit. Remember that not everyone is for you but if you are for each other, Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 states that "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves" (v.12). The Bible also states in Deuteronomy 32:30 that "...one shall chase a thousand, and two put then thousand to flight,"  Biblical maths isn't really my strongest point but those odds look pretty good to me! Be your wife's cheerleader so no matter what comes her way, she knows she's got your support every step of the way.
